This high-definition pencil accentuates, intensifies and redraws the eye contour for a deep black result. This black eye pencil is resistant to water, humidity and sweat. Its retractable lead allows a precise and tailor-made line with a possible liner effect, from the 1st application. Its tender and soft texture is suitable for makeup around and inside the eye, or for blended use on the eyelid. Composed from purified pigments of natural origin, the soft formula of this long-lasting eye pencil offers a fluid and comfortable application. The combination of wax and sunflower oil with carnauba wax, vegan, makes this high tolerance black eye pencil an ideal make-up product for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Fragrance-free, preservative-free and formulated with only 12 ingredients, this sensitive eye pencil, dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, has been developed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Draw a line, stretching the texture from the outer corner, towards the inner corner of the eye on the upper eyelid. For an intense and deep look, apply the kohl pencil inside the eye then draw a line on the upper and lower lash line to blend for a smoky effect.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if you wish, without charge, provided that there has been no shipment of products from our headquarters.

Product Return and Refunds

We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. To return a product, please send an email to info@pharmeden.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return and the reason for the return.

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
