When should I take HealthAid Methylcobalamin Metcobin™?
Since in deficient individuals Vitamin B12 may noticeably increase energy for a longer time during the day it is recommended to take it in the morning after the first meal. Practicing this rule should prevent possible increase in alertness at night which might not be a desired effect especially if you have trouble sleeping.
Recommended Daily Intake of HealthAid Methylcobalamin Metcobin™
Children from 3 to 12 years of age: One tablet daily after breakfast. Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet daily after breakfast (can be increased to two tablets if required).
Place the tablet under the tongue and let it dissolve for at least few minutes or until it dissolves completely as swallowing it will significantly decrease its absorption and effectiveness.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Sweetener (xylitol), Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Natural Blackcurrant Flavour, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Anti-caking Agent (veg. stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate).
Free From: Yeast, Gluten, Wheat, Soya, Dairy, Lactose, Sugar, Gelatine, Salt, Artificial Colours, Preservatives & Flavourings.
Sweetened only with Xylitol which is tooth-friendly and low in glycaemic index (safe for diabetics)

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if you wish, without charge, provided that there has been no shipment of products from our headquarters.
Product Return and Refunds
We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. To return a product, please send an email to info@pharmeden.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return and the reason for the return.
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
