How to Use
Prepare baby food as recommended by the manufacturer. From the age of five months, gradually switch to drinking cups. Check the feeding teat and bottle before each use. Pull the teat in all directions. At the first sign of damage or defects, throw it away immediately. Cracks, bite marks, stickiness or changes in shape can lead to parts becoming detached and swallowed - risk of suffocation! Do not expose the feeding teat to direct sunlight or a heat source and never place it in disinfectant solutions (sterilization solution) for longer than recommended, as this can damage the teat. After about two months of use, replace the teat for reasons of hygiene and safety. Before each use, watch out for scratches or cracks in the bottle. They may break open which causes a risk of injury from hot bottle contents. Not suitable for heating in the microwave. Due to uneven heating there is a risk of scalding when drinking. Do not feed straight out of the bottle body for feeding and do not use the bottle for storing hot food. Please always check the temperature before feeding. Prolonged contact with liquids containing sugar (e.g. sweetened tea or juices) causes tooth decay.
CLEANING: Before using the product for the first time, disassemble it, clean it and then put the individual components in boiling water for five minutes. This is how you ensure its hygienic condition. Before each subsequent use, clean the product carefully to ensure its hygienic condition. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat and accessories under running, warm water with normal household washing-up liquid and disinfect them regularly, e.g. by boiling for up to three minutes. Do not disinfect in a microwave oven.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if you wish, without charge, provided that there has been no shipment of products from our headquarters.
Product Return and Refunds
We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. To return a product, please send an email to info@pharmeden.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return and the reason for the return.
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund.
