5-HTP is made from an essential amino acid, which is then converted into serotonin. With today’s busy lifestyles, it can be difficult to unwind after a long day, and for many of us, it can be difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A poor diet can also contribute to low serotonin levels. Serotonin is converted into melatonin, which is used by the body to create our sleep-wake cycle. When melatonin levels are low, it can be difficult to relax and fall asleep.

The 100 mg of 5-HTP per capsule contained in SOLGAR GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX can boost serotonin levels, while combined with Vitamin B6, it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. At the same time, the formula contains valerian, which is traditionally used to manage feelings of anxiety and ensure good quality sleep. SOLGAR GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX is suitable for vegans, and is free of soy, dairy and gluten.

USE

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetarian capsule daily with juice or water between meals. Do not exceed recommended dosage. If stomach upset occurs, take with food.

Ingredients: Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, phytocapsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Magnesium (as oxide, bisglycinate), Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) powder, Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate).

Does not contain:

Sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors or colors

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if you wish, without charge, provided that there has been no shipment of products from our headquarters.

Product Return and Refunds

We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. To return a product, please send an email to info@pharmeden.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return and the reason for the return.

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
