The ancient Romans honored the goddess Juventas as the goddess of youth and symbolized her with the lemon, which was reputed to cure various ailments and is an excellent tonic for the body . Lemon essential oil has a strong, clean citrus aroma that is stimulating and tonic . It is an ideal cleanser and very effective against bacteria and viruses.

It combines with: lavender, eucalyptus, cypress, neroli, orange, clary sage, cedar, rosemary.
Use in aromatherapy:
- To stay focused and have better memory and increased productivity at work: Add 6 drops of lemon essential oil to the ceramic diffuser for essential oils or alternatively 4 drops along with 2 drops of basil and two drops of rosemary.
- Stimulating and toning massage: Add 20 drops of lemon and 15 drops of rosemary to 100ml of almond oil and massage all over the body.
- For stronger, smoother and shinier nails: Add 5 drops of lemon to 10ml of jojoba or rose oil and massage into nails.
- For washing dishes, especially when you have fish: Pour one drop onto the sponge.
- For air freshener and general cleaning liquid: Add 10-15 drops to 100ml of water in a spray bottle.
In cooking:
- For cakes and cookies: Add 4 drops of lemon to 500g mixture.
Safe Use Instructions:
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Do not consume them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
- Do not use them undiluted on the skin.
- Do an allergic reaction test.
- After using citrus essential oils, avoid exposure to the sun or solarium for 12 hours.
- For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
- Use with caution on children under 12. Some oils are unsuitable for babies and children

Cancellations and Returns
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if you wish, without charge, provided that there has been no shipment of products from our headquarters.
Product Return and Refunds
We will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. To return a product, please send an email to info@pharmeden.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return and the reason for the return.
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund.
